SMB King Koopa

King Bowser of Koopa. Another idea re-worked from the movie is the idea that the Koopa Kingdom is the complete opposite to the Mushroom Kingdoms fairlyland world. It's a huge, overcrowded, dangerous, city (like in Blade Runner or the Judge Dredd comics) built on volatile, unstable land, and is ruled with an iron fist by King Koopa. Koopa has been alive for a long time due to genetic experimentation he's had done on himself that's prolonged his life and made him violently unstable. He's acted as an advocate to a peaceful alliance with the Mushroom Kingdom, all the while secretly developing a monsterous army in order to invade it. In the story's climax, Koopa gets mutated into an extinct monster from his world, the "Firebreathing Koopadonis Max", making him close to his video game counterpart.
