came up with a jam to create a Hollywood style movie slasher. I brushed off an old character I created way back for that specific genre. I also dressed up as him for Halloween one year. I never really nailed down an origin story, so here goes nothing:

"CHARLEY TOOMES was that type of kind the others made fun of because of his constant unkempt and dirty appearance. Suffice to say his dysfunctional parents weren't very attentive to him. And when they were it was abusive. His only companion, was an old ragdoll he found while wandering in an overgrown abandoned lot. The doll was next to the body of a dead girl, not much older than him. The sight enthralled him, but he never spoke of it and simply took the doll. The carrying of the doll only added to the abuse he suffered from home and at school. But he never reacted to the abuse, just kept it in, and stayed relatively quiet. His life as he knew it ended the first time during a Show & Tell day at school. Charley brought in a box containing the head of one of his bullying tormentors. It seems before class started, he approached the boy in the bathroom, and using a knife and cleaver from his home, killed him. When Charley was taken away he said nothing. Only mumbling to his doll. When the police went to his parents home to alert them, it was discovered they had been long dead for a week.

Charley would be kept, institutionalized for most of his young life. Never talking, or interacting with anyone, always keeping to the shadows. He only still muttered to his ragdoll, especially at night while in his room. The second end to Charley's life came when he turned 18. That night, in his room, on his birthday, he slit own throat, and smeared the room with his blood. His body was taken to a local coroners office to be examined in the morning. The next morning, he was gone.

But not for long."

I created Charley's appearance to slightly mimic his doll. Despite the stitching over the mouth, the mask isn't sewn to his face. The neck scar obviously has to do with his suicide. He's like Jason and Michael Meyers in that he's the silent, stalking killer type. But instead of another hulking brute, I made him to be slender and athletic. His moves are quick, inhumanly so that he is almost triple jointed and has incredible dexterity. And of course, he's a ruthless killer.
